About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct pre-donation medical screening

Requirements
What you’ll need- A High School diploma or GED
- Superior customer service standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment
- Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
- Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
- Ability to perform work involving exposure to biological fluids and infectious organisms
- Ability to use personal protective equipment including protective eyewear, garments, gloves, and cold gear
- Ability to perform frequent hand, finger, wrist, and foot movements
- Ability to lift 15 pounds routinely and up to 50 pounds maximum
- Hearing acuity essential; correctable near and far vision requirements
- Ability to sit or stand for the entire shift, bend, twist, reach, squat, crouch, or sit on heels as needed
