  • Ability to work a flexible schedule

  • Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
  • Patient and able to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical office and laboratory equipment, and extreme cold below 32°F
  • Ability to use required personal protective equipment, including protective eyewear, garments, gloves, and cold gear
  • Ability to sit or stand for the entire shift, bend, twist the neck and waist, and perform frequent hand and foot movements
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs. routinely, with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
  • Hearing acuity, color perception/discrimination, and correctable near and far vision requirements
  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
  • Ability to perform complex tasks under variable and changing conditions
  • Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
