  • Ability to work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids and potentially infectious organisms
  • Ability to use electrical office and laboratory equipment
  • Ability to work in extreme cold below 32°F in a plasma freezer
  • Ability to sit or stand for an entire shift, bend, and twist the neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day
  • Frequent hand movement and precise coordinated finger, hand, and wrist movements
  • Ability to squat, crouch, or sit on one's heels when required
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs. routinely and up to 50 lbs. maximum
  • Hearing acuity; correctable near and far vision; color perception/discrimination
  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
  • Ability to perform complex tasks under variable and changing conditions
