About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct pre-donation medical screening
- Interact with donors and respond to customer needs
- Assess donor suitability and engage in donor set-up
- Provide appropriate feedback to ineligible donor candidates
- Ensure all donor screening information is complete
- Ensure donor confidentiality
- Perform work in a plasma center while sitting or standing for the entire shift
- Bend and twist the neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day
- Perform precise, coordinated finger, hand, and wrist movements
- Squat, crouch, or sit on heels when required
- Reach below shoulder height
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED
- Superior customer service standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Interest in making a difference in the world
- Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
- Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to listen to and understand information presented through spoken words and sentences
- Ability to perform a wide range of complex tasks under variable demands and changing conditions

- Hearing acuity
- Correctable near and far vision requirements
- Ability to perform frequent hand and foot movements
- Ability to lift 15 lbs. routinely and up to 50 lbs. maximum
