  • Ability to work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical office and laboratory equipment, and extreme cold below 32°F
  • Ability to use required personal protective equipment, including protective eyewear, garments, gloves, and cold gear
  • Ability to sit or stand for an entire shift, bend, and twist neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day
  • Frequent hand, finger, wrist, and foot movements; ability to make precise coordinated movements
  • Ability to squat, crouch, or sit on one's heels when required
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs routinely and up to 50 lbs maximum
  • Ability to reach below shoulder height
  • Essential hearing acuity, color perception/discrimination, and correctable near and far vision
  • Ability to perform complex tasks amid variable demands and changing conditions
