About the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Superior customer service standards
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
  • Ability to work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical equipment and extreme cold below 32 degrees F
  • Ability to sit or stand for the entire shift, bend, and twist the neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day
  • Frequent hand and foot movement; ability to make fast, simple finger, hand and wrist movements
  • Ability to make precise coordinated movements to grasp and manipulate objects
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs. regularly and up to 50 lbs. maximum
  • Hearing acuity essential
  • Correctable near and far vision; color perception/discrimination
  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
  • Ability to perform complex tasks under variable and changing conditions
  • Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
