About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct pre-donation medical screening
- Interact with donors and respond to customer needs
- Assess donor suitability and engage in set-up
- Provide appropriate feedback to ineligible donor candidates

- Work in a plasma center supporting Grifols’ plasma-derived medicines and healthcare services
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Superior customer service standards
- Interest in making a difference in the world
- Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
- Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
- Ability to perform according to oral and written instructions
- Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
- Ability to work in a plasma center environment with exposure to biological fluids and potentially infectious organisms
- Ability to use personal protective equipment, including protective eyewear, garments, gloves, and cold gear
- Ability to sit or stand for the entire shift, bend, and twist the neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day
- Frequent hand and foot movement, including precise coordinated finger, hand, and wrist movements
- Ability to lift 15 lbs. routinely, with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
- Hearing acuity essential
- Correctable near and far vision requirements: 20/30 in one eye and 20/100 in the other eye
- Ability to perform a wide range of complex tasks under variable and changing conditions
