  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
  • Ability to perform a wide range of complex tasks under variable demands and changing conditions
  • Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
  • Ability to work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids and infectious organisms
  • Ability to use personal protective equipment, including protective eyewear, garments, gloves, and cold gear
  • Ability to sit or stand for an entire shift, bend, and twist the neck and waist
  • Frequent hand and foot movement and precise finger, hand, and wrist coordination
  • Ability to squat, crouch, or sit on one's heels when required
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs. routinely and up to 50 lbs. maximum
  • Ability to reach below shoulder height
  • Essential hearing acuity
  • Correctable near and far vision, with specified visual acuity requirements
  • Ability to work in temperatures below 32°F in a plasma freezer
