About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct pre-donation medical screening
- Interact with donors and respond to customer needs

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED
- Superior customer service standards
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
- Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
- Ability to perform complex tasks under variable and changing conditions
- Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
- Ability to work around biological fluids and potentially infectious organisms
- Ability to work with electrical office and laboratory equipment
- Ability to work in extreme cold below 32°F
- Ability to sit or stand for an entire shift, bend, and twist neck and waist
- Frequent hand and foot movement and precise coordinated finger, hand, and wrist movements
- Ability to squat, crouch, or sit on one's heels when needed
- Ability to lift 15 lbs. routinely and up to 50 lbs. maximum
- Hearing acuity essential
- Correctable near and far vision and color perception/discrimination
