Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Superior customer service standards
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Interest in making a difference in the world
  • Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable
  • Ability to work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical equipment, and extreme cold
  • Ability to stand for 6 to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to bend and twist neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day
  • Frequent hand and finger movements and precise coordinated movements to grasp and manipulate objects
  • Frequent foot movement; ability to walk up to 6–8 hours per day
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs., with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
  • Hearing acuity essential
  • Correctable near and far vision requirements, including vision to 20/30 in one eye and 20/100 in the other eye
  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
