  • A High School diploma or GED
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • An interest in making a difference in the world
  • Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
  • Patient and reliable disposition
  • Ability to keep donors comfortable and happy
  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
  • Ability to listen to and understand spoken information and ideas
  • Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
  • Ability to work standing for 6 to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to perform frequent hand, finger, wrist and foot movements
  • Ability to make precise coordinated movements to grasp and manipulate objects
  • Ability to lift 15 pounds, with a maximum lift of 50 pounds
  • Hearing acuity essential
  • Correctable near and far vision requirements
  • Ability to work with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical equipment and extreme cold below 32 degrees F
