Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Superior customer service standards
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule
  • Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
  • Patient and reliable
  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral or written instructions
  • Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
  • Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
  • Ability to stand for 6 to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to walk up to 6 to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs., with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to perform frequent hand and foot movements and precise coordinated finger, hand, and wrist movements
  • Ability to bend and twist neck and waist for 1–2 hours per day
  • Hearing acuity essential
  • Correctable near and far vision requirements
  • Ability to work with personal protective equipment and in exposure conditions involving biological fluids, infectious organisms, extreme cold, and electrical equipment
