About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in determining donor suitability
- Establish rapport with donors while maintaining donor confidentiality
- Respond to and assist with donor reactions

Requirements
What you’ll need- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Superior customer service standards
- Interest in making a difference in the world
- Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable
- Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to listen to and understand spoken information
- Ability to perform frequent hand, finger, wrist, and foot movements
- Ability to stand for 6 to 8 hours per day and walk up to 6 to 8 hours per day
- Ability to lift 15 lbs., with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
- Ability to work with potential exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, extreme cold, and laboratory equipment
- Ability to use required personal protective equipment
