  • Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions

  • Hearing acuity essential
  • Color perception/discrimination
  • Near vision and far vision correctable in one eye to 20/30 and in the other eye to 20/100
  • Ability to make fast, simple movements with the fingers, hands, and wrists
  • Ability to make precise coordinated movements to grasp and manipulate objects
  • Ability to lift 15 lbs., with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work standing for 6 to 8 hours per day and walk up to 6 to 8 hours per day
  • Ability to work in a plasma center with exposure to biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical equipment, and temperatures below 32°F
