About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in determining donor suitability
- Establish rapport with donors to ensure customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality

Requirements

- A High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- An interest in making a difference in the world
- Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions
- Ability to listen to and understand spoken information and ideas
- Ability to perform tasks according to oral or written instructions
- Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
- Hearing acuity essential
- Correctable near and far vision to specified levels
- Ability to perform frequent hand and foot movements
- Ability to make precise coordinated finger, hand, and wrist movements
- Ability to lift 15 lbs., with a maximum lift of 50 lbs.
- Ability to work standing for 6 to 8 hours per day and walk up to 6 to 8 hours per day
- Ability to bend and twist the neck and waist
- Ability to squat, crouch, or sit on one's heels when required
- Ability to work with biological fluids, infectious organisms, electrical equipment, and temperatures below 32°F
- Ability to use required personal protective equipment
