About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in determining the suitability of donors
Establish rapport with donors to ensure customer happiness while maintaining donor confidentiality
Respond to and assist with handling donor reactions
Monitor donors and equipment to ensure donor health and product quality
Set up, disconnect, and operate automated plasmapheresis machines
Disconnect and dispose of contaminated disposable equipment
Work in a plasma center and use required personal protective equipment
Support Grifols' work producing plasma-derived medicines and healthcare solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

A High School diploma or GED
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Superior customer service standards
An interest in making a difference in the world
Obtains required state licensures or certifications where applicable
Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
Ability to listen to and understand spoken information and ideas
Ability to relate sensitive information to diverse groups
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for 6 to 8 hours per day, frequent hand and foot movement, bending and twisting, walking up to 6 to 8 hours per day, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
