About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect and process donor samples for processing and testing
- Record product and sample weights
- Label samples and freeze units for final packing within the required timeframe
- Pack units for final shipment
- Pack samples and prepare shipping boxes for shipment to the testing laboratory

Requirements
What you’ll need- Superior customer service standards
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Interest in making a difference in the world
- Great organizational, computer, and troubleshooting skills
- Comfort working in extreme temperatures
- Ability to comprehend and follow oral and written instructions
- Ability to listen to and understand spoken information and ideas
- Ability to perform precise coordinated finger, hand, and wrist movements
- Ability to meet physical demands including standing 4–6 hours per day, bending and twisting, frequent hand and foot movement, walking up to 1–2 hours per day, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Hearing acuity essential
- Correctable near and far vision requirements and color perception/discrimination
- Exposure to biological fluids, potentially infectious organisms, electrical office and laboratory equipment, and extreme cold below 32°F
