About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collect and process donor samples for processing and testing
- Record weight of product and samples
- Label samples and freeze units for final packing within the required timeframe
- Pack units for final shipment
- Pack samples and prepare shipping boxes to send samples to the testing lab
- Monitor stored products
- Report working conditions of equipment
- Maintain accurate donor files

Requirements
What you’ll need- Superior customer service standards
- A High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work a flexible schedule
- Great organizational, computer, and trouble-shooting skills
- Comfortable being exposed to extreme temperatures
- Ability to comprehend and follow oral or written instructions
- Ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences
- Frequent hand movement of both hands with the ability to make fast, simple movements of the fingers, hands, and wrists
- Ability to make precise coordinated movements of the fingers to grasp and manipulate objects
- Hearing acuity essential
- Color perception/discrimination
- Near vision and far vision correctable in one eye to 20/30 and to 20/100 in the other eye
- Ability to meet the physical demands of standing, bending, twisting, walking, squatting/crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Must perform within the guidance of both oral or written instructions
