About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Join the N2 support team
  • Support critical environments for the RFID Project / Guardian Operation
  • Ensure stability, monitoring, KPI creation, and agile response to events
  • Work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
  • Participate in weekend on-call coverage, according to the team schedule, during daytime shifts from 5:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics, logs, and traces in critical environments using Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, and Kibana/Elasticsearch
  • Develop and update technical and operational dashboards and KPIs using Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, Kibana, and Power BI
  • Handle incidents, problems, and service requests in Jira and other ITSM tools, applying ITIL practices and managing response SLAs
  • Perform technical troubleshooting in operational, infrastructure, and application environments
  • Identify error patterns and support the management of major incidents
  • Develop scripts and automations, such as Python and Shell scripts, to optimize operational routines and alert response

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong experience with Observability and Monitoring tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, Datadog, Zabbix, Kibana/Elasticsearch)
  • Experience building metrics dashboards and presenting results/KPIs (Power BI, Grafana, Datadog)
  • Proficiency with ITSM tools (Jira, ServiceNow) and incident/problem management in accordance with ITIL
  • Knowledge of routine automation and scripting (e.g., Python, Shell scripting)
  • Availability to participate in weekend on-call coverage
  • Knowledge of operating system (Windows/Linux) and infrastructure troubleshooting
  • Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and focus on stability, governance, and documentation
  • Excellent communication skills, a strong sense of urgency, and a focus on first-contact resolution (FCR)
