About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, enhance, and maintain highly available APIs using .NET 6+, .NET Core, and WebAPI
Develop and maintain systems using DDD and Clean Architecture patterns within Azure Cloud, Docker, and Kubernetes ecosystems
Conduct thorough Pull Request reviews and participate in architectural decisions
Simplify processes and remove squad impediments
Collaborate throughout the service design and MVP refinement journey, including requirements analysis, ecosystem assessment, prototyping, and backlog prioritization
Co-create technical strategies and roadmaps with the client’s Product Manager
Optimize processes and operational efficiency
Work with Groovetech’s support ecosystem (GP, LT, AM, BP) to validate complex solutions and accelerate onboarding

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep expertise in C#, .NET 6+, .NET Core, and WebAPI
Proven, rigorous application of DDD (Domain-Driven Design) and Clean Architecture
Experience with Azure Cloud, containerized environments (Docker), and Kubernetes
Experience building and maintaining highly available, high-performance APIs
Experience with code governance, thorough PR reviews, and software architecture
Familiarity with agile methodologies and MVP backlog execution / Lean Startup
Ability to use AI tools as part of daily work to support coding, debugging, script writing, and automation
Technical facilitator mindset with a strong product perspective and focus on high operational throughput
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in collaborative, co-creation environments
Proactive approach to working under high-pressure conditions, with a focus on resolving operational bottlenecks
Availability for contractor (PJ) engagement, 168 hours per month
Hybrid work in São Paulo, in the Shopping Eldorado area
