About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assess the company’s business needs and management processes
- Technically analyze the client’s internal processes
- Prepare functional specifications
- Configure the ERP system
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Train, support, and assist users
- Monitor ongoing developments and updates to the solutions
- Participate in conferences, webinars, and professional workshops
- Collaborate with a team led by a Project Manager
- Travel occasionally within France
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of business management processes and workflows
- Strong expertise in industrial production and/or supply chain management
- Project management experience
- Knowledge of Cegid PMI ERP is a plus
- Experience delivering training or in instructional design
- Understanding of the stages involved in software implementation, or participation in an implementation project
- Pragmatic and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently
- Customer satisfaction focus and assertive communication skills
- Curiosity and analytical mindset
- Commitment to the values of dedication, respect, and performance
