About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead information systems projects end to end, from scoping through production deployment and user support
- Gather, analyze, and formalize business requirements
- Define project objectives and prepare specifications
- Manage schedules, budgets, resources, and risks
- Coordinate internal teams, business teams, and external service providers
- Lead project steering committees and provide regular reporting to management
- Oversee the design, testing, user acceptance, and production deployment phases
- Ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of deployed solutions
- Support users through change management and the adoption of tools
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project methods, tools, and practices
- Capture lessons learned and enhance project documentation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
- At least 10 years of proven experience managing information systems projects (ERP, CRM, business applications, BI, or bespoke software applications)
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum, V-Model, and hybrid project management methodologies
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence reporting tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate a wide range of stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset, thoroughness, autonomy, and strong prioritization skills
- Adaptability and ability to support change
- Familiarity with AI tools such as Copilot and Claude is a plus
- Good level of technical English preferred
