About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Verify partner submissions and update weekly reporting
- Check data consistency and reliability
- Follow up with and challenge partners regarding their daily sales submissions
- Update weekly performance reports
- Create reports to analyze product performance
- Manage ongoing replenishment orders, including data entry, cancellation tracking, and scheduling
- Participate in buying sessions
- Analyze product performance, particularly bestsellers, for export conventions
- Analyze orders during conventions to optimize purchasing
- Communicate with partners to anticipate and organize shipments
- Participate in the integration and booking of partner orders
- Prepare and send weekly product analyses to track sales performance
- Provide daily support to Etam’s Export Sales Manager
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education, such as a business school or university degree at Bachelor’s or Master’s level
- Seeking a six-month career-focused internship
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Enjoy working with and analyzing figures
- Rigorous and organized approach
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Interest in the fashion industry
- Proficiency in Excel
- Professional working proficiency in English
