About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead WMS deployment and transformation projects across industrial and logistics sites
Conduct scoping studies and impact analyses
Coordinate and monitor internal and external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives
Facilitate project committees and governance bodies
Define, maintain, and evolve the Group’s Reflex WMS standard
Monitor technological and functional developments in WMS solutions and logistics automation
Manage REFLEX version upgrades
Support the development of skills among business teams and Business Unit key users
Serve as the primary contact for the software vendor
Manage the relationship with the integrator during go-lives
Represent the Group’s requirements to the software vendor
Contribute to the development of the product roadmap
Scope, design, and deploy Reflex WMS solutions in complex logistics and industrial environments
Lead WMS integration with third-party systems, including ERP, TMS, and automation solutions
Support testing, user acceptance testing, go-live, and change management
Ensure the implementation and monitoring of the WMS standard, including configuration, interfaces, and documentation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Higher education degree in Computer Science or Information Technology (two- to five-year degree)
At least 7 years of experience in a similar role
Proven expertise in implementing and evolving WMS solutions
Significant experience configuring the REFLEX WMS
Experience managing REFLEX implementation projects, from scoping through go-live
Strong understanding of logistics business requirements
Ability to translate operational needs into functional solutions
Experience defining and implementing WMS standards
Excellent knowledge of logistics processes and the management of industrial warehouses and logistics platforms
Experience with or knowledge of automation and mechanization challenges, such as SCALLOG
Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external service providers
Organized, rigorous, autonomous, responsive, analytical, and results-oriented
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to adapt communication style
