About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft employment contracts and ensure their compliance
- Complete administrative formalities related to hiring: pre-employment declaration (DPAE), personnel register entries, enrollment in supplementary health and provident benefit plans, and creation of employee files
- Monitor probationary periods and contractual deadlines
- Manage administrative formalities related to employee departures
- Prepare amendments to employment contracts approved by management
- Create and update employees’ administrative files
- Ensure the quality, reliability, and consistency of HR information
- Monitor occupational health examinations, absences, sick leave, and workplace accidents
- Identify administrative situations requiring particular attention and alert the relevant stakeholders
- Contribute to the implementation of HR procedures and best practices
- Complete mandatory social surveys and declarations
- Prepare, monitor, and update HR dashboards
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR tools and processes
- Gather and consolidate training needs
- Schedule internal and external training sessions
- Manage training records and related administrative files
- Coordinate relationships with training providers and internal stakeholders
- Organize the logistics of training sessions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Initial successful experience in a similar role
- Experience in a dynamic, multi-site environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of personnel administration fundamentals
- Strong knowledge of key obligations under employment and social regulations
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel
- Ability to manage and validate HR data with rigor and accuracy
- Strong organizational skills, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
- Ability to work independently when managing assignments
- Analytical mindset and responsiveness
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders
- Strong service orientation
