About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full payroll process for a portfolio of approximately 350 employees
  • Process, enter, and verify payroll variables
  • Monitor and verify paid leave, RTT days, sick leave, workplace accidents, salary certificates, and the processing of IJSS (daily social security benefits)
  • Prepare final pay statements and employment termination settlements
  • Complete new employee administrative file entries
  • Submit employee departure declarations to service providers
  • Act as the main point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll-related questions
  • Work within the Payroll Department at the Villepinte headquarters, alongside three payroll administrators and a Payroll Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree equivalent to two or three years of higher education, preferably a DUT in Business and Administrative Management (GEA) or a qualification in payroll administration
  • Minimum of 5 years’ payroll experience
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Knowledge of ADP: Decidium, BO, ACE
  • Strong knowledge of employment and social legislation
  • Advanced proficiency in PivotTables
  • Discretion and respect for confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate effectively with contacts, colleagues, and management
