About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead application projects from initial scoping through production deployment
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project progress
- Organize and allocate the resources required for successful project delivery
- Lead project teams and ensure the quality of deliverables
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and ensure smooth communication throughout the project
- Produce and maintain the documentation and tools required for project scoping, design, management, and monitoring
- Monitor workloads and deliverables
- Prepare validation dossiers and sign-off minutes to secure the go-live of solutions
- Identify, assess, and monitor project-related risks, and propose appropriate action plans
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Ensure that security considerations are addressed throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or project management
- Extensive experience managing IT projects in complex, cross-functional environments
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum
- Proficiency in Jira and Microsoft Teams
- Proficiency in human resource management and allocation
- Proficiency in budget monitoring and control techniques
- Awareness of cybersecurity considerations in IT projects
- Technical IT background is a plus
- Adaptability and strong commitment
- Agility and strong organizational skills
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
- Excellent interpersonal skills and clear, constructive communication
- Ability to manage conflicts and develop effective solutions
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with the Atlassian suite, including Jira, Confluence, Bamboo, and Bitbucket, is a plus
- Interest in artificial intelligence tools applied to project management
- Project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent, is a plus
