About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and drive the overall program strategy, roadmap, scope, and priorities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex, strategic, multi-year transformation program
Establish and manage program governance, including steering committees, executive reporting, and decision-making processes
Manage the program budget, resources, risks, dependencies, and overall performance
Ensure alignment between business needs, IT strategy, Data capabilities, and Group standards
Serve as the primary point of contact for management and key stakeholders
Produce clear, concise executive reporting on progress, risks, financial matters, and strategic decisions
Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams, as well as various internal teams and technology partners
Facilitate alignment and decision-making in a complex international, matrixed environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong expertise in Data Engineering
Proficiency in Data architectures and pipelines
Proficiency in ETL/ELT
Proficiency in SQL
Proficiency in Python
Experience with Big Data environments and tools
Experience with Cloud environments
Experience with Data Lakes and the management of large volumes of data
Strong understanding of data quality, integration, and governance challenges
Significant experience managing complex, high-visibility IT/Data programs
Proficiency in Project Delivery Management
Knowledge of the SDLC
Ability to develop and manage a roadmap
Experience prioritizing initiatives and developing business cases
Ability to work with business, IT, management, and external partner stakeholders
