About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to FPGA architecture and function specification
Write test specifications
Develop functions in VHDL in accordance with design rules
Perform simulations using ModelSim
Implement functions on Microchip ProASIC and PolarFire targets in Libero IDE
Perform unit, integration, and board-level validation testing
Conduct debugging using a JTAG probe and Python scripts
Use laboratory equipment, including a spectrum analyzer, RF generator, and oscilloscope
Collaborate with domain engineers and the FPGA technical lead
Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need

FPGA development skills, with proficiency in VHDL, simulation tools, and board-level testing
Knowledge of the V-model development lifecycle
Knowledge of signal processing
Proficiency in Python, Octave, ModelSim, VHDL, Libero IDE, and Git
Required electrical authorizations: B0 H0V and BR – BE Testing
French nationality required for this assignment
Proficiency in technical English required
Strong written and verbal communication skills in French
Thorough, self-motivated, and able to analyze complex problems
Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
Available to start as soon as possible
