About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead projects for deploying new infrastructure
  • Coordinate the transfer and integration of existing applications onto the new infrastructure
  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules
  • Organize and facilitate various governance forums (steering committees, project review committees, project meetings, etc.)
  • Coordinate between technical teams, business teams, and the various stakeholders
  • Track project progress, anticipate risks, and identify potential roadblocks
  • Provide regular reporting to stakeholders and ensure commitments are met

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant experience in project management and project leadership
  • Strong command of project planning and tracking
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and summarization skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive initiatives forward
  • Knowledge of infrastructure environments and information systems is a plus
  • No specific technical expertise is required
