About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop network and telecommunications software in a Linux environment
Configure and integrate network protocols (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, etc.)
Develop automation scripts and internal tools
Participate in equipment integration and incident troubleshooting
Perform unit and integration testing
Write technical documentation
Contribute to improving development tools and practices
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in computer science, networking, or telecommunications
At least 3 years of experience in Linux development
Proficiency in C/C++ and/or Python
Proficiency in Shell scripting
Strong knowledge of network protocols
Knowledge of Linux system administration
Proficiency with Git
Proficiency with network analysis tools such as Wireshark
Experience in the railway, telecommunications, or defense industries is highly desirable
Knowledge of virtualization or containerization is a plus
Self-motivated with strong analytical skills
Good level of technical English required
