Key responsibilities & impact

Administer and optimize VMware vSphere / vCenter, Nutanix AOS, and Cisco UCS environments
Conduct regular audits to identify vulnerabilities and areas for improvement
Analyze configurations and implement the necessary corrective actions
Strengthen infrastructure security and resilience by applying best practices
Support business and operations teams in incident analysis, technical issue resolution, and the handling of specific requests
Advise teams on resource management, backup, and restoration
Automate administrative tasks using PowerCLI and PowerShell
Write and update procedures, configuration documents, audit reports, and technical architecture documentation
Monitor technological developments and propose improvements aligned with performance and security requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
Advanced expertise in VMware vSphere / vCenter and securing VMware environments
Expertise in Nutanix AOS and Cisco UCS
Skills in risk analysis, security audits, and compliance
Proficiency in automation and scripting with PowerCLI and PowerShell
Experience managing incidents and changes, as well as driving continuous improvement
Ability to diagnose situations, propose solutions, and oversee their implementation
Strong technical writing skills, including procedures and architecture documentation
Team-oriented with strong communication skills
Knowledge of Agile, ITIL, and PMP practices
