About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the program end to end, from contract award through delivery and installation of the systems at the customer’s site
  • Monitor the budget and provide periodic financial reporting, including revenue forecasts and performance against targets
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks based on their impact and probability
  • Develop mitigation plans and ensure escalation in accordance with the governance framework
  • Serve as the primary interface with the customer and internal technical, commercial, and industrialization stakeholders
  • Contribute to responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs in coordination with the sales teams
  • Ensure compliance with timelines, quality standards, and budget throughout the program lifecycle

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Engineering degree (Master’s level) or equivalent, with a focus on project/program management
  • 3 to 5 years of experience managing complex programs
  • Experience in a regulated sector (defense, security, aerospace, or rail) preferred
  • Fluency in English required
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and rigor
  • Cross-functional leadership
  • Comfortable working with institutional stakeholders
