Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
Strong experience in modern C++ development (C++17 or later)
Proficiency in object-oriented programming
Strong understanding of software architectures and performance considerations
Proficiency with the Windows environment, Visual Studio, CMake, and Git
Strong knowledge of software quality best practices, code reviews, and automated testing
Regular and advanced use of development assistants and agents (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Codex, or equivalent tools)
Ability to structure the context and instructions provided to AI
Ability to break down complex tasks and delegate parts of them to AI
Ability to analyze, challenge, and correct generated code
Autonomous, pragmatic, and curious mindset
Experience with Qt, desktop applications, or imaging software is a plus
