About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Help implement the commercial activation plan, including catalogs, promotional campaigns, and key seasonal initiatives
  • Coordinate the delivery of commercial campaigns with the Purchasing & Offering Department and the communications agency
  • Gather information, monitor briefs, proofread materials, and adhere to schedules
  • Create and write content and sales enablement tools
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of point-of-sale (POS) materials
  • Conduct competitive and market intelligence
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from sales teams and customer insights
  • Occasionally support sales teams in the field
  • Help organize trade shows and industry events

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1–2 years of professional experience
  • Degree from a business school, agricultural engineering school, or food science/agri-food program, or a Master’s degree with a specialization in marketing
  • Marketing experience in the food industry or retail/distribution is a plus
  • Passion, commitment, and a strong team spirit
