About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to defining and deploying the Group’s media strategy
- Identify and coordinate speaking and media engagement opportunities
- Develop and manage the Group’s media relations
- Write and distribute press releases, opinion pieces, press kits, and key messages
- Manage media inquiries for the Group and its business units
- Support spokespeople in their public communications
- Maintain crisis communications frameworks, processes, and messaging
- Monitor issues that may affect the Group’s image and reputation
- Participate in crisis management teams and develop related statements, Q&As, and key messages
- Manage media monitoring partners
- Define and deploy the Group’s social media strategy
- Develop and update internal guidelines and frameworks
- Design, write, and publish content
- Engage communities, moderate discussions, and monitor interactions
- Analyze performance and provide optimization recommendations
- Identify communications topics and opportunities
- Source information from subject-matter experts, write content, and coordinate its distribution
- Lead editorial committees and manage the Group’s editorial calendar
- Coordinate stakeholder contributions
- Ensure that content and communications align with the Group’s strategy
- Manage the national partnership with the TV show Top Chef across contractual, operational, event, and communications activities
- Participate in various cross-functional projects across the Group and its business units, in collaboration with marketing teams and other departments
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 7 years of communications experience in an agency or a large organization
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, or equivalent higher education qualification
- Agility and adaptability to work in a rapidly changing environment
- Ability to transform raw information into editorial solutions, journalistic copy, and multimedia content
- Excellent web and print writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Team-oriented mindset
