About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the core browsing and content consumption experiences: homepage, navigation, program pages, episode pages, search, player, and viewing continuity
  • Ensure a consistent experience across web, mobile, connected TVs, and other environments
  • Identify key user pain points and drive their resolution
  • Simplify user journeys and improve their smoothness and performance
  • Analyze user behavior and the standards set by leading digital and streaming platforms
  • Identify opportunities for TF1+ to differentiate itself
  • Work with Design to turn opportunities into simple, intuitive experiences
  • Balance the platform’s editorial, user, business, and technology priorities
  • Own the vision and roadmap for the area
  • Build and prioritize the backlog with the Tech and Design teams
  • Define the KPIs associated with each enhancement
  • Leverage user research, quantitative data, and A/B testing to inform decisions
  • Systematically measure the impact of features released to production
  • Challenge requests and make trade-offs based on user value and business impact
  • Report to the Lead Product Manager, Experience, within TF1+’s Product & Design Department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Significant Product Management experience working on high-traffic B2C digital products
  • Excellent command of UX fundamentals and digital user journeys
  • Strong product mindset and a passion for simplifying the user experience
  • Ability to make decisions based on data and user insights
  • Experience working in an agile environment with Design, Tech, and Data teams
  • Ability to manage numerous stakeholders and balance sometimes conflicting needs
  • Strong autonomy and the ability to turn complex problems into simple solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in streaming, media, entertainment, marketplaces, or high-traffic B2C applications is a plus
