About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and manage the Product Backlog
- Serve as the voice of the customer
- Work on a highly collaborative, cross-functional Scrum team supporting the credit union’s vision
- Drive development of the highest-value capabilities for Grow products
- Collaborate with business product sponsors, business analysts, developers, designers, business stakeholders, legal/compliance, security, and operations
- Ensure detailed designs and features delivered by the Scrum team meet stakeholder needs
- Adjust quickly and professionally to changing circumstances
- Use negotiation and conflict-resolution skills
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, or additional four years of experience in lieu of degree
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Professional Scrum Product Owner (PSPO) required
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working on Scrum and/or Kanban teams
- Minimum 1 year experience leading systems/processes/tools for complex integrated organizational projects
- Superior communication skills
- Highly organized, methodical, and detail oriented
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Computer knowledge utilizing Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and type English
- Must be able to hear and use a telephone
- Ability to use a computer with repetitive keystrokes
- Must be located in one of the eligible U.S. states for this remote role
