About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Learn the duties of the Business Transformation team
Assist with process mapping activities across all Grow Financial business units
Document processes and gather data
Analyze large amounts of data across multiple systems
Synthesize data into actionable insights
Assist with other Business Transformation projects
Collaborate frequently with subject-matter experts and other credit union areas

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must be currently enrolled as a student pursuing a degree at the University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina
One year prior work experience required
Working knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Experience with Visio or other visualization tools preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to learn complex skills or software with minimal supervision
Ability to sit for extended periods of time
Ability to read, write, speak and type English
Ability to hear and use a telephone
Ability to use a computer with repetitive keystrokes
Must be able and willing to collaborate on camera via Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx
Must be available during standard business hours, 8:00am–5:00pm Monday–Friday, with a schedule not exceeding 29 hours/week
Must not be in F-1 or J-1 status; Grow Financial will not sponsor work visas
