About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support loan resolution activities related to data reporting, validation, and model testing
- Work with large amounts of data across multiple systems
- Synthesize data into actionable insights
- Collaborate frequently with other areas of the credit union
- Work from Grow Financial headquarters or retail locations as applicable
- Participate in the Spring 2027 internship
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be currently enrolled in a Data Analytics or Data Science degree program at the University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina
- Successful completion of a data analytics course preferred
- High proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SQL
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interface with credit union personnel
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to learn complex skills or software with minimal supervision
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and type English
- Must be able to hear and use a telephone
- Ability to perform repetitive keystrokes
- Must be local to Tampa Bay
- Must work normal hours of 8am–5pm, Monday–Friday, with flexibility around school schedule
- Schedule will not exceed 29 hours per week
- Must not be in F-1 or J-1 status; employer will not sponsor work visas
