About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the integration layer of a microservices-based Point of Sale platform for vehicle leasing
  • Specify microservices and REST API endpoints, including request and response attributes, validation rules, data mappings and error handling
  • Own approximately 12 microservices integrating with the contract management system
  • Design and document end-to-end integration flows
  • Test endpoints and validate vendor deliveries against agreed specifications
  • Coordinate dependencies across business, testing, frontend and development teams and four external vendors
  • Support deployments and compliance-driven remediation involving AWS Inspector and CloudGuard

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years as a Business Analyst, Integration Analyst or IT Analyst with a strong API focus
  • Hands-on experience specifying REST APIs and microservices
  • API testing and troubleshooting, including requests, responses, status codes and integration defects
  • Experience with Postman and Swagger / OpenAPI
  • Experience with the full agile delivery cycle, from user story and refinement to acceptance and production deployment
  • Confidence working with multiple teams and external vendors
  • Professional English
  • Nice to have: leasing, automotive finance or financial services experience
  • Nice to have: cloud-based solutions, CI/CD and observability tools such as Datadog, GitHub and Concourse
