About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide internal support and guidance on WordPress features, solutions and configurations
  • Troubleshoot WordPress setup and configuration issues
  • Execute batch URL changes, link updates and other large-scale website changes
  • Configure WordPress sites, plugins and settings according to requirements
  • Set up new websites and demo environments
  • Work with Product Owners and stakeholders to understand requirements and execute tasks accurately
  • Identify errors or issues and escalate more technical problems when needed

What you’ll need
  • Strong hands-on WordPress experience and understanding of how WordPress sites work
  • No development experience required, but technical understanding is important
  • Highly detail-oriented and conscientious when making website changes
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
  • Experience with plugins, site configuration, migrations or URL management is a plus
