Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for critical utilities and facility systems.
  • Ensure the availability and performance of purified water, well water, potable water, HVAC, compressed air, and associated utilities.
  • Lead technical teams and external contractors to deliver safe and reliable operations.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, EHS, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage OPEX budgets and monitor operational performance indicators.
  • Drive energy efficiency, sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • A degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical HVAC systems, water treatment systems, and compressed air systems.
  • Experience with reliability-centered maintenance practices.
  • Understanding of GMP requirements, equipment qualification, and validation processes.
  • Experience managing projects, contractors, and technical service providers.
  • Proficiency with CMMS systems and/or SAP PM.
  • Strong leadership, risk management, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
