Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and review expenses by comparing budgeted amounts with actual expenditures in budget accounts
Work with business areas to understand identified results and variances
Update and monitor performance indicators, identifying risks, inconsistencies, and opportunities to optimize expenses
Present results to managers and advise them on the proper use of budget accounts and optimization of financial resources
Update and monitor performance indicators, including ICO, avoided costs, and variances
Keep the knowledge base and calculation spreadsheets up to date
Register payments and advances that impact the budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress
Basic Excel skills
Basic knowledge of financial mathematics
Alignment with Lean principles
Ability to work effectively with people from different backgrounds and profiles
Sense of urgency, organization, and planning skills
Routine management and process-oriented mindset
Analytical skills and ability to structure data
Strong communication skills

Experience in budget planning and control or controllership
