About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare technical specifications for contracting electrotechnical maintenance services
- Prepare, analyze, and validate maintenance budgets
- Specify materials and services from a technical perspective
- Primarily provide administrative oversight of in-house and outsourced teams’ activities
- Periodically work in the field to conduct technical inspections, validate services, or support problem resolution
- Monitor and analyze performance indicators for maintenance activities and contracts
- Prepare technical and administrative reports on completed maintenance work
- Evaluate maintenance requests and define the technical solution and service approach
- Monitor the execution of outsourced maintenance contracts
- Verify the technical and contractual compliance of completed services
- Assess the quality of services provided and propose adjustments or improvements
- Validate measurements of completed services and report information to the Contract Manager
- Ensure that activities comply with technical standards, legal requirements, and occupational safety regulations
- Perform related duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of electrotechnical maintenance
- Ability to technically analyze maintenance requests
- Ability to prepare and validate technical specifications for services and materials
- Ability to monitor and analyze performance indicators (KPIs)
