About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development of technical solutions for software projects, creating the reference architecture and ensuring its adoption throughout the company
Lead technical reviews and promote development best practices
Lead the definition, implementation, and monitoring of corporate development standards
Define the company’s technological innovation vision and roadmap, anticipating market trends and opportunities
Keep development documentation up to date and propose process improvements
Lead the definition of the Group’s software architecture strategy
Establish metrics to measure the impact of technological innovations on the efficiency and quality of processes and systems
Map and monitor the resolution of technical debt
Assess platform risks and implement actions to reduce their impact
Define and manage team performance and quality indicators, ensuring alignment with the business strategy
Perform other related duties

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
Solid experience in software architecture and technical leadership of complex projects
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, distributed systems, API integrations, and systems security
In-depth knowledge of non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, and availability
Experience evaluating and adopting new technologies
