About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect, clean, transform, and load data from various sources, including SAP, VD+, Shopify, WMS, and other relevant platforms
  • Support the development and maintenance of dashboards for monitoring critical logistics KPIs in each region
  • Create and present strategic business analyses and insights using data visualization and storytelling
  • Develop predictive and prescriptive models to optimize the supply chain
  • Collaborate with logistics operations teams in Colombia, the United States, and Portugal to map data needs and ensure information accuracy
  • Implement and maintain BI solutions and report automation
  • Document analytical processes, methodologies, and models
  • Monitor new technologies and trends in BI and Analytics
  • Identify opportunities to improve data collection, processing, and analysis, proposing and implementing solutions
  • Provide analytical support to international teams, including the interpretation and translation of technical information

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Solid experience in data analysis, BI, and Analytics
  • Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools such as Looker Studio and Tableau
  • Hands-on experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL databases and programming languages for data analysis (Python or R)
  • Preferred: experience with the Google data ecosystem (GCP, BigQuery, Looker Studio, AppSheet, etc.)
  • Preferred: experience in logistics or Supply Chain
  • Intermediate English proficiency (required)
  • Intermediate Spanish proficiency (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate data into clear business information
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive and collaborative profile, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Availability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Curitiba, Paraná, Brazil
