About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the extraction, organization, and analysis of data to inform the definition of the priority portfolio by brand in the Department Store channel
  • Routinely monitor and update reports, scorecards, and dashboards tracking portfolio adherence and execution rules, including placement and pricing
  • Cross-reference internal performance data with external market indicators, ensuring the quality and reliability of the information
  • Compile shopper behavior data and research to support presentations, launch strategies, and trade marketing initiatives
  • Prepare presentations and supporting materials for partner teams, translating data into clear visualizations
  • Assist with the review and organization of planograms and in-store display materials for the channel

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in analytics, Market Intelligence, Trade Marketing, or Commercial teams
  • Prior experience with market intelligence tools such as Scanntech, Dunnhumby, IQVIA, or Circana
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Slides for building reports and presentations
  • Analytical and collaborative profile, with strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication
  • Based in São Paulo, SP
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model and occasionally attend in-person meetings
  • Interest in and/or previous experience with B2B retail or categories such as Haircare, Makeup, or Fragrance
  • Basic knowledge of planogram reading (Spaceman or similar tools)
  • Curiosity and willingness to use automation or AI tools in day-to-day work
