About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead quotation and negotiation processes for new store openings, expansions, BOT, BLZ, Dora, QDB, and store renovation projects
- Interpret civil engineering plans and budgets to negotiate with construction companies and contractors
- Execute operational procurement activities, including purchase order issuance, contract preparation and management, supplier approval, and maintenance of contracting history
- Collaborate with the Construction and STMA teams on technical approvals and supplier documentation control
- Reduce civil construction costs, optimize store execution, meet project schedules, and manage contractual deadlines
- Process and manipulate operational data in Excel to support decision-making and report creation
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose solutions to optimize the department’s routine
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in civil construction procurement or experience working as a cost estimator/budget analyst
- Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to process, manipulate, and analyze data
- Proficiency in SAP (Retail R3) and Elol (contract management)
- Willingness and ability to handle operational tasks and manual/system-based procurement routines
- Based in Curitiba or the surrounding metropolitan area
