About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the Digital Store Project (WhatsApp sales), including roadmap vision, results tracking, and deadline monitoring with stakeholders
Manage the digital product alongside the Tech Squad, driving improvements, planning and tracking new features, and creating implementation plans
Define strategies to increase adoption, reduce friction in consultant, franchisee, and consumer journeys, and maximize business gains
Build a forward-looking vision for Conversational Commerce and drive innovation
Lead pilot tests and scale digital sales projects across the franchise network and sales force (VPro)
Define KRs, lead discussions with partner teams, develop strategic initiatives, and influence related KRs
Develop and deliver executive presentations and lead strategic forums to align with leadership and senior management
Support the definition of GMV/revenue targets, monitor the budget, and prepare Business Cases
Exercise situational leadership with the team
Cascade strategies, new workflows, and feature launches to franchisees and VPro

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience managing digital products with Tech teams; previous experience as a Business Owner is preferred
Strong ability to develop plans and turn them into action, engaging stakeholders and managing expectations regarding timelines, ownership, and results
Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Knowledge of Agile methodology
Strong problem-mapping and problem-solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Previous experience in Tech and the franchise ecosystem is a plus
Data manipulation and querying skills using BigQuery are a plus
Experience using Artificial Intelligence tools in day-to-day work is a plus
